Terms of Service

The Portal is intended for use by authorised school administrators, teachers, and parents or guardians of enrolled students. Accounts are created or approved by school administration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify the school administration immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You must provide accurate information when using the Portal.

• Admin accounts are responsible for accurate record keeping, appropriate handling of student and staff data, and managing user access.
• Teacher accounts are responsible for accurate entry of attendance, grades, and comments for their assigned classes, and for using student data only for legitimate academic purposes.
• Parent accounts are responsible for keeping contact information current and for the confidentiality of their own login credentials.

You agree not to do any of the following.

• Share your login with unauthorised individuals.
• Attempt to access records outside your role’s permissions.
• Use the Portal to harass or harm another user.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the Portal.
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content.

Fee payments made through the Portal are processed through our third party payment provider. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the payment provider, mobile money network, or banking system. Always confirm payment status in the Portal or with the school office.

We aim to keep the Portal available and functioning but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Tukiya Nursery and Primary School and its technical service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Portal. The Portal is provided on an “as is” basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or matters that cannot be limited under Zambian law.

We may update these terms or modify the Portal’s features from time to time. When we make a material change to these terms, we email every admin, teacher, and parent on the portal to let them know. If you do not reply to that email, your continued use of the Portal after the change is treated as your acceptance of the updated terms.
